Claims Service

This is an extremely important role in our business which is carried out in-house by our own team of experts. Previous experiences using outside claims handling companies to provide this service proved to be very disappointing as our own high customer service expectations were not being matched.

We are proud to provide this service internally which includes the provision of a full uninsured loss recovery service. As personal injury claims require specialist assistance we use a pool of expert solicitors to provide this part of our service.
